Here in the Languedoc a lot of vineyards have been replanted with Syrah – a grape which gives a strong element to many good wines – on its own it makes a spendid round red and a sweet and fine Rose – so this simple and vibrant Vin de Pays along with an industrial cheese in a perfect combination
Again a handful of centimes for a meal.
