Writing a daily dairy about my activities would be very easy if I dared to really write down what I see and feel every day – some blogs seem to be just that, but I do not blelieve them.
Unless you are a hermit, isolated from society in a cave somewhere with no contact or resonsibilities to anyone but yourself, no person can truly write their feelings in an open medium like this blog.
I have said some things about the activities of property sellers in France which have had lawyers threatening me – I have to deal daily with some really unpleasant people who I prefer to ignore rather than write about – I don’t say things insincerely, so if I have asked you for a drink, barbecue or coffee, then I really do mean it. But telling it all and telling only the truth would be folly.
But restricting writing to things which are not disparaging or critical and avoiding confrontation will make for a dull blog – my latest rant about the arrogance of Internet designers is mild in comparison to what I think about most of them. But interestingly I have heard from some good guys out there in Geeksvill and found that not all are bad (most, but not all).
So I will not write about the days when stress, tension and greed seem to be what I feel and see. That is the problem with a living journal – I cannot cheat on the dates and timestamp online.
