Intellectual Melted Goats is not a phrase which springs to mind every day – but taking a slab of Goats cheese from Perigord, melting it over some rye bread in the microwave and washing this down with a robust crunchy red wine called “Academia” sort of put the phrase into my head – again a complete meal for under two euro.
