Back from Gay Paris (is it PC to say that now) and home to my family – I am in the UK from next week – all drinks and meals gratefully accepted – so we had my birthday celebration early.
Think Champagne and you will drink Champagne – has been a motto of mine since I was 13 years old – so – Champagne it is (not expensive in France)
I cheated with the cheese today – my daughter Alexandra made the best cheekecake I have ever had. I love cheesecake – reminds me of old gangster movies –
Tip for today :- If possible only ever drink the best Champagne – cheap Champagne is a waste of time (almost) it denigrates the great stuff and you should drink good fizzy white wine costing a third of cheap Champagne and you will enjoy it more.
